Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
The Puerto Rico Top Level Domain has adopted the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (http://www.icann.org/udrp/#udrp) for disputes relating to .pr domain names.
Proceedings under Paragraph 4 of the UDRP will be conducted according to the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the UDRP Rules), which are available at http://www.icann.org/udrp/udrp-rules-24oct99.htm, and the selected administrative-dispute-resolution service provider's supplemental rules.
